Prof. Dr. Yong Kun Park, Full Professor of the Faculty of Food Engineering – FEA / UNICAMP where he was responsible for the creation of the area of Food Biochemistry giving rise to several research groups within this line.
As a way to demonstrate our gratitude and our respect for the immense contribution to the area of Food Science for Brazil and the world, a tribute will be paid to Prof. Dr. Park in memoriam during the Opening Session of the 13th Latin American Symposium on Food Science – SLACA on November 10, at 8:30 p.m. in Campinas-SP.
